Elasticized cuffs with adjustable Velcro closures. Hood features a three-piece design for a more natural fit. Inside cell phone pocket with Velcro closure and zippered valuables pocket that doubles as an ESP System. Stylish zippers with EZ Grab reflective Luminex pulls at the front opening and pockets.
